How can I tell which course applies to me and the software I use?
Some of our Sage Abra training courses apply only to specific versions of Abra, Crystal Reports with Abra or other software and may not apply to your role or use of Sage Abra. Start by determining which version of the product you use:
1. In Sage Abra, you can use the Main Menu and select Help > About Abra to determine the version number. As a base rule, version 7.x and 9.x are for Abra Suite (FoxPro) and versions 8.x and 10.x are for Abra SQL.
2. Contact Sage Abra Customer Service and they will be happy to assist you. The number is 1-800-424-9392, and our customer service department is open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET Monday through Friday.
Once you have determined your version of Abra, continue by using the menus in Sage University to filter the courses by the product you use: i.e. from the left menu choose Sage Abra Training > Abra Suite HRMS > Payroll. You can also identify the applicable products for the training by reading the course overviews and Course Details (the orange underlined link under each course overview) in each training course listing before registering.
What is Virtual Classroom Training?
Using a virtual cloud application, Skytap, Sage Abra offers training designed for a fully interactive classroom format over the internet. Students log into a "Virtual PC" website that has Sage Abra sample software and data pre-loaded, and that the instructor can view and control when needed. Then the instructor guides strudents through each detailed step of the training course. Most Virtual Classroom courses come with a printed manual (we print and ship the manual directly to the address of your choice). To read more about our Virtual Classroom training, please view our Virtual Classroom FAQs page here: Virtual Classroom FAQs

My Anytime Learning course will not display - what can I do?
If you view an exercise and then go back later to view it again and you get an error, it usually helps to clear your browser cache or internet files. In IE you do this by going to tools → Internet Options → Delete → Delete files.
If you cannot view the video after trying the above steps (usually you cannot view it the first time) and you receive a message about the codec. You may need an AC3 filter. You may also need to visit http://www.adobe.com/flash/ to ensure your Flash player is up-to-date.
My phone doesn't have a mute button, is there a way to mute it during a Realtime Learning?
Yes, press *6 to both mute and unmute your phone.
Why haven't I received any emails after registering?
Important email communications about your training will be sent to the email address you enter on your profile. Be sure your address is correct, and set security and spam filters on your computer and on your company's network email server to allow *.*@sage.com messages to your inbox.
What should I do if I've forgotten my user name or password to log in?
You can ask that your password be sent to you. In the left navigation area of the Sage U Website, click My University and Logon. Then, click the link that says "I don't know my username/password." You'll need to supply your first name, last name, and the e-mail address associated with your profile. When you click Continue, your user name and password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
What is the best resolution for my screen settings while attending online training?
It is best to have your screen resolution set to its "native" mode. This means, we recommend your screen resolution is set to its highest resolution, which is the manufacturer's default settomg. To check your screen resolution (and to change it), right click on your Desktop image, choose PROPERTIES, then click on the SETTINGS tab. In the SCREEN RESOLUTION box (lower left), click the slider and drag it all the way to the right to maximize screen resolution and set it to its "native" mode. For further assistance with Screen Resolution Settings, please consult your IT personnel. Note: in both Realtime Learning courses and Virtual Classroom courses you have the option to view the training in a "full screen" mode which enables you to view the training in a larger format.
Can anything be done for lag time or delays during the training courses?
Yes, latency issues during online training courses are usually caused by other programs running on your computer at the same time as the Realtime or Virtual Classroom training. Please close all other programs running on your computer during the training session to improve the experience. We also recommend you restart your workstation prior to launching an online training course (but it is not required).
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Please read our Cancellation Policy page which reviews the policy for each learning type.
