Sage ACT! Certified Consultant: Core
The first in a series of two virtual classroom courses that prepare you for the Sage ACT! Certified Consultant Final Assessment, the Core course covers the fundamentals of navigating, using and administering Sage ACT! and Sage ACT! Premium. This course is designed for individuals that have some experience using Sage ACT!, but not necessarily experience with advanced features of the product or administering it. Over the course of 4 days, you will learn more about these topics by reading the course material, watching video instruction and performing hands-on exercises.
Course Pre-Requisites
Before participating in this course, it is expected that participants are:
- Familiar with the fundamental contact management features of Sage ACT!, typically obtained by using the product for one year or more.
- Comfortable using Windows operating systems.
- Capable of performing basic network related tasks such as sharing folders and browsing a network and the Internet for available resources.
Learning Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Confidently describe the features and benefits of the Sage ACT! product line to prospective clients.
- Select, deploy, and configure the most appropriate Sage ACT! solution when faced with a variety of client scenarios.
- Provide post installation, configuration, administration and customization services to clients.
- Use the knowledge and tools acquired in class to provide extraordinary support to clients.
- Use a range of resources to continue personal development and education related to Sage ACT! and Sage solutions.
