Joining Webex Courses
Please note the following items to ensure a smooth start:
- Turn off your ‘pop-up blocker,’ OR set your pop-up Blocker to allow Pop-ups from https://sageu.csod.com.
- Log on to your Sage University My Learning transcript to join your course. You can enter the ‘online meeting room’ up to 30 minutes before the start time by selecting the Launch link. Please join at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the training.
- Enter the ‘WebEx’ online meeting room. You may have to install an ActiveX control in order for WebEx to run. Accept the prompts as they ‘pop-up’.
- Call into the teleconference. The phone number and meeting ID are in the reminder email from Sage U; and will also ‘pop-up’ when you enter the ‘WebEx’ online meeting room.
- Test your connection to Webex or review system requirements, visit http://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html.
All of your questions during the training should be chatted to Host, Presenter, & Panelist. If they are not, you may not get your questions answered. We do not want any questions to go unanswered.
We will start the webcast at the appointed time. If you join late and have issues, you may have to be moved to the next session. The presenter and host on the call will not be able to assist you once the session has begun. If you have issues launching a course or accessing Sage U, contact a regional Sage University representative.
