Courses and Registration

Sage Software University has developed programs to help you grow your business.


CPE Credits

Sage Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on
the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Realtime Learning for Sage Timberline Office qualifies for CPE credit based on
NASBA standards. Following your participation in a Realtime Learning course,
Sage Software will issue a certificate of attendance that you can submit to your
State Board of Accountancy. In accordance with the standards of the National
Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are calculated based on a 50-minute hour.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of
individual courses for CPE credit.

Note: CPE credit is not yet available for Sage Master Builder.

For information on how to receive CPE credits for Sage Timberline Office please review the
CPE Realtime Learning requirements document.

For site registrations, only the primary registrant is eligible to receive CPE credits. Participants in the same site
who wish to receive CPE credits must register individually and be logged in to the online course.

Cancellation Policies
Sage Timberline Office

Cancellations for Sage Timberline Office must be received in writing at least 15 business days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund (minus workbook fee).

If a cancellation is received less than 15 business days before the class start date, you will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation is received less than 11 days before the class start date, no refund will be issued and you will have 90 days to reschedule your participation in a comparable Sage Timberline Office online training class. No refunds or reschedules are available for "no-shows."

Cancellation Policy for Sage Master Builder

Cancellations for Sage Master Builder must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund or purchase credit reimbursement.

If a cancellation is received less than 10 business days before the class start date, you will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation is received less than 7 days before the class start date, no refund will be issued and you will have 90 days to reschedule your participation in a comparable Sage Master Builder online training class. No refunds, purchase credits, or rescheduling are available for "no-shows." Sage requires a minimum of 5 students to conduct a scheduled Realtime Learning class. However, if a class was cancelled the previous time it was scheduled, we make every effort to hold the class regardless of the number of attendees. In the rare event a class is cancelled, you will be notified at least 2 days in advance.
