What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Realtime
Cancellations and reschedules must be received via email to training.nonprofit@sage.com
  • If received at least 10 calendar days prior to the class, you will receive full credit for future use. This credit must be used within 3 months of the originally-scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • If received 1-9 calendar days prior to the class, you will be charged 50% of the fee and you will receive 50% credit which must be used within 3 months of the originally-scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • Failure to notify training.nonprofit@sage.com before class of a cancellation/reschedule will be treated as a “No-Show”. There will be no refunds and no credits for a “No-Show”.
Classroom

Sage reserves the right to cancel classroom classes up to two weeks prior to the start of the class for any reason. Accordingly, it is recommended to purchase refundable and changeable airline tickets, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations.

What is "My University"?
"My University" is your profile on the Sage University Web site. Through "My University" you will Join your Realtime and Anytime online training sessions and Launch your exams. You can also view your billing information, past training, and exam history.

What types of training do you offer?
We provide different training methods to allow you options that are both convenient and affordable. For example, we present classroom training in locations throughout North America, Realtime Learning (online instructor-led training), and various forms of Anytime Learning (recorded, self-paced learning) as well as custom training.

How do I receive my CPE certificate?
The recommended CPE credits, for eligible classes, are noted in the Course Details for each class. To receive the CPE certificate you must first complete the class evaluation. We will send your electronic CPE certificate to the email address included on your Sage Software University profile shortly after you complete the evaluation. Completing Class Evaluation Help

Yes, however not all Sage products offer certification options for Sage customers. Certification details are defined within the Programs tab for each specific product line.

What is the "ONLINE LICENSING AGREEMENT"?
When you purchase Realtime Learning (online) training from Sage University, you are purchasing ONE viewing license. This license includes one Internet connection and one phone line connection for teleconference. If multiple people are attending from one location, you will be required to pay full registration fees for each attendee. Please read the full disclaimer below for online training:

U.S. Copyright Law protects the program you are attending. Multiple participants at one location are not authorized to share access provided to a single registrant. For each individual who attends, a single dedicated seat license must be purchased, or a group rate must have been previously negotiated with Sage Software, Inc. Sage reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel or interrupt access to a Web-based training course without notice, or to invoice and collect the group rate payment for the course from the single registrant if this requirement has been violated.

Please adhere to this license agreement. If it is determined you have multiple people attending a session, you will be contacted immediately for payment for each person attending. You can contact the Learning Services Department with any questions regarding this policy.

How do I register for a course?
Find your course and select the Register button. Proceed to check out. When you check out, you will receive an e-mail from Sage University confirming your registration. If you need assistance with your registration, please e-mail training.nonprofit@sage.com and provide a number where you can be reached.

I am registered for an online session. How do I join?
Logon to My University. A JOIN link is available 30 minutes before your session begins. Once connected to the online session, a pop up box will display with the teleconference information. Dial into the teleconference number for the audio portion of the session. The teleconference number is also located in your session confirmation e-mail.
