Obtaining Competency Roles

  • Certified Consultants must enroll in the program and pay the initial program fee for each competency role. 
  • Upon confirmation of enrollment, consultants receive access to all training required for the competency role along in addition to 5 complimentary support cases which will be provide to the partner of record.
  • Consultants have 120 days after enrollment into the program to complete the competency role requirements.

Step 2: Register for Competency Role Requirements

Effective immediately: The Sage CRM integration course will become a requirement for the Financial and Distribution competency role. All Certified Consultants who hold the Financial and Distribution competency role will have until December 1, 2012, to complete this FREE integration Anytime Learning course and assessment that will be required to renew the competency for the 2013 plan year. Sage ERP Accpac integration with Sage CRM

Certified consultants who have met the current ERP Sage CRM competency role certification requirements, will maintain that full certification and meet the new integration requirements required by December 1, 2012, for those that also hold the Financials/Distribution competency role certification.

Maintaining Certification – Consultant Renewals

To maintain Certification status, Certified Consultants must pay an annual product line renewal fee, regardless of the number of achieved product line Competency Roles, by December 1st each year. This fee provides the following benefits:

  • Access to recertification curriculum and assessments for all achieved competencies.
  • 10 complimentary support cases.
