What is "My University?"
"My University" is your personal profile on the Sage Universtiy Web site. Through "My University" you will join your Virtual Classrom, Anytime Learning sessions and launch your assessments. You can also view your billing information, past training, and assessment history.
What is Sage University's Online Licensing Agreement?
When you purchase Virtual Classroom training from Sage Universtiy, you are purchasing ONE viewing license. This license includes one Internet connection and one phone line connection for teleconference. If multiple people are attending from one location, you will be required to pay full registration fees for each attendee. Please read the full disclaimer below for online training:
U.S. Copyright Law protects the program you are attending. Multiple participants at one location are not authorized to share access provided to a single registrant. For each individual who attends, a single dedicated seat license must be purchased, or a group rate must have been previously negotiated with Sage Software, Inc. Sage reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel or interrupt access to a Web-based training course without notice, or to invoice and collect the group rate payment for the course from the single registrant if this requirement has been violated.
Please adhere to this license agreement. If it is determined you have multiple people attending a session, you will be contacted immediately for payment for each person attending. You can contact the Learning Services Department with any questions regarding this policy.
What if I'm not satisfied with a course?
We want you to get the most out of your training experience! If you are not satisfied with one of your courses, please let us know.

- Classroom Training
Your Sage SalesLogix Business Partner is your ideal resource for classroom training. Whether you want Sage SalesLogix End User or Administrator classroom training delivered on-site or at your facility, your business partner is uniquely qualified to meet your classroom training needs. Your Sage SalesLogix partner can also use Sage-certified curriculum for your classes – the same curriculum Sage uses for their Virtual Classroom courses. - Virtual Classroom Training
Sage SalesLogix Virtual Classroom training combines the experience of instructor-led classroom training with the convenience of online training. You'll use a combination of electronig curriculum, recorded videos, and a virtual lab to work through the courseware at your own pace. Sage instructors are present to assist and guide you throughout your learning experience. - Master's Series Training
Our popular Sage SalesLogix Virtual Classroom courses focus on building your core skill set and provide certification training. Now you can extend that knowledge with intensive one-day courses in the Sage SalesLogix Master's Series. These courses let you zero in on specific Sage SalesLogix technical topics – training you won’t see anywhere else. - Anytime Learning Subscriptions
A Subscription at Sage University gives you access to a large repository of short training videos available whenever and wherever you are. Rather than focus on learning topics in a particular sequence in a scheduled time-slot, this type of training allows you to learn new skills as you need them. Consider it a virtual warehouse of "How do I...?" questions-answered before you ask them!
