What is "My University?"
"My University" is your profile on the Sage University Web site. Through "My University" you will join your Realtime and Anytime Learning sessions and launch your assessments. You can also view your billing information, past training, and assessment history.
What types of training do you offer?
We provide different training methods to allow you options that are both convenient and affordable. For example, we present classroom training in locations throughout Canada, various forms of Anytime Learning (recorded, self-paced learning), as well as custom training.
How do I register for a course?
To register for a Sage University training course, find your course on the left navigation menu and click the Register Now button to the right of the course details. Proceed to check out. When you check out, you will receive an e-mail from Sage confirming your registration. If you need assistance with your registration, please e-mail simplyatraining@sage.com and provide a number where we can contact you.
What are the Promo Terms on SageU?
Promo Terms SageU: In the event that Sage University offers a temporary seat sale via promotion or rebate programs, all existing registrations that would qualify for the promotion will be able to request the promotional amount as a credit for their next training event. The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount. This credit can be used by any individual within the same organization for training offered through SageU.com and is valid for up to 1 year. Credit requests must be made via email to simplyatraining@sage.com while the promotional or rebate offer is available.
My Anytime Learning course will not display - what can I do?
If you view an exercise and then go back later to view it again and you get an error, it usually helps to clear your browser cache or internet files. In IE you do this by going to tools → Internet Options → Delete → Delete files.
If you cannot view the video after trying above (usually you cannot view it the first time) and it is telling you something about the codec. You may need an AC3 filter.

What is your cancellation policy?
Sage Cancellation Policy: Sage reserves the right to cancel courses if we do not reach minimum registrations. Sage University will notify attendee of a cancelled course at least 7 days prior to the course start date. In this case, attendee may choose to either have their course fees refunded or transferred to another course. Sage is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred because of cancelled workshops. It is the attendee's responsibility to verify they have registered for the correct course for their needs and level of expertise. Sage reserves the right to cancel courses for any reason. Liability is limited to the return of payment only. We will not reimburse registrants for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.
Attendee Cancellation Policy - Hands-On Lab:
If a course cancellation is received from student at least 14 days prior to the course start date, student is eligible to receive 100% refund of the course fee paid. Refunds will not be granted if requested less than 14 days from the course date.
If a change request is made less than 14 days prior to course start date, a $100 change fee per course registration will be assessed in order to change to a future date. If a change request is received at least 14 days prior to course start date, no change fee will apply.
Failure to attend a class without notifying Sage University will be considered a 'no show' and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
Attendee Cancellation Policy - Seminar Series':
If refund request is received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
If refund request is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the course, the course fee will be refunded in the form of a Prepaid Purchase credit, which can be used toward a future Education Purchase. The purchase credit will be valid for 12 months.
Failure to attend a class without notifying Sage University will be considered a 'no show' and the entire course fee will be forfeited.

What is the "ONLINE LICENSING AGREEMENT?"
When you purchase Realtime (online) training
from Sage University, you are purchasing ONE viewing
license. This includes one Internet connection and one phone line
connection for teleconference. If multiple people are attending
from one location, you will be required to pay full registration
fees for each attendee. Please read the full disclaimer below

U.S. Copyright Law protects the program you are attending. Multiple participants at one location are not authorized to share access provided to a single registrant. For each individual who attends, a single dedicated seat license must be purchased, or a group rate must have been previously negotiated with Sage. Sage reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel or interrupt access to a Web-based training class without notice, or to invoice and collect the group rate payment for the class from the single registrant if this requirement has been violated.
Please adhere to this license agreement. If it is determined you have multiple people attending a session, you will be contacted immediately for payment for each person attending. You can contact us with any questions regarding this policy.
